Training Schedule
Our soccer training program provides a well-rounded approach to developing athletes both on and off the field. Field sessions are held Monday through Friday, focusing on technical mastery, tactical understanding, speed, and agility. To enhance overall athletic performance, students also engage in yoga 2-3 times a week, promoting balance, flexibility, and strength. With personalized attention and a structured weekly schedule, this program is designed to cultivate well-rounded athletes prepared to perform at their best.
Performance Tracking
Our program is dedicated to maximizing each athlete's potential through data-driven training and personalized performance goals. Using advanced tools like Playermaker, we gather detailed performance metrics by equipping players with wearable devices on their shoes. This cutting-edge technology provides insights into every aspect of their game, helping us track progress and identify areas for improvement. Our trainers combine this data with innovative training techniques, video analysis, and focused small-group sessions to help players excel in every aspect of their performance on the field.
